Palm Springs offers stunning landscapes, vibrant mid-century architecture, and that amazing desert light. For Antonio and Alondra, their engagement session in December was truly unforgettable. It was filled with love, laughter, and a timeless style that perfectly captured who they are as a couple.
A Classic Start with a Classic Car
To kick off their engagement session, Antonio and Alondra rented a classic car from CVC Classic Cars. Let me tell you, it was the perfect touch! The sleek, vintage car added so much character to their photos and truly enhanced the classic, timeless vibe they were going for. From the moment we started, I knew their session was going to be one for the books.
A Stunning Look: Alondra’s Dress & Antonio’s Style
Alondra looked absolutely stunning in a short white Meshki dress that showed off her elegant style. Paired with her black red-bottom heels, she turned heads and added just the right amount of glamour. Her style was sophisticated yet playful, which matched the energy of Palm Springs perfectly. Antonio was equally sharp in black dress pants, a white button-down shirt, and his own black dress red bottom shoes. Together, they were a picture-perfect pair!
Exploring Palm Springs: Korakia & Mid-Century Modern Beauty
We started our session at the Korakia Pensione, a gorgeous venue with a Mediterranean-inspired courtyard. The lush greenery, rustic charm, and stunning details made it the perfect backdrop for capturing Antonio and Alondra’s love. From there, we moved to the vibrant mid-century modern neighborhoods of Palm Springs. The Palm trees lined the streets, creating a dreamy atmosphere and backdrop for their engagement photos.
The neighborhoods were like stepping into a different era, with clean lines, bold colors, and architectural beauty at every corner. As we walked, we captured the connection between Antonio and Alondra. You can really see how they were completely in tune with each other, making the session even more natural and enjoyable.
Creating a Relaxed and Fun Atmosphere
One of my main goals as a Palm Springs engagement photographer is to ensure that my clients feel completely comfortable during their session. It’s so important to me for couples to relax and enjoy the moment, and I’m here to help make that happen! For this reason I like keeping the mood light by playing some music. This helped Antonio and Alondra really let loose. They were able to be themselves, laugh, and just enjoy the process.
Plus, it was a bonus to have their videographer, David with Capture colour studio along for the session. It was a reunion for us, and we had such a blast working together. When the team works well together, the results speak for themselves! Antonio and Alondra had a blast, and their love shone through in every photo.
