We’re back with another Big Sur engagement session!! This time its with Gabby & Bart, who absolutely killed it and we had so much fun together. Not only did they look fantastic, but they were all smiles the whole time and totally let loose.
Gabby & Bart’s Big Sur engagement session
Gabby chose me as their wedding photographer quite some time ago, and we hit it off instantly. I quickly realized that we would get along when I noticed her high energy and excitement to marry the love of her life, Bart. As a bride-to-be myself, I know exactly what that excitement is like! When she talked about Bart during our conversations, I could tell just how much she loved him. By the time their session came around, I was so excited to finally meet them!
When we were chatting about where they wanted to have their engagement session, Gabby was super open to location suggestions from me. When she saw my other Big Sur photos, she fell in love with them and was super down to head here for their photos! Of course I took them to my all-time favorite spots, and the whole time they trusted my vision and went with the flow. I love how the couples I get to work with don’t treat their session like just a session; instead, they’re open to making it more of an experience. We laugh, we have fun together, we talk about any and everything, and it feels like we’re just hanging out and I happen to have a camera with me!
